The Negotiated Contract Method utilizes a team approach between the Architect, Owner and landmark. From the beginning, we have a continuous dialogue as the design progresses insuring that the owner gets the most out of every dollar spent on his project. A cost for the project is established early on before thousands of dollars are spent on complete detailed plans and specifications.

The Design Build Method utilizes all of the advantages of the Negotiated Contract Method but also allows Landmark to provide or control the design responsibilities. Substantial time savings can be realized with foundations underway while interior finishes and design are being completed.
